Rachael, Joanna, and Shannon are three sisters who have been collaborating since childhood. Over the past 20 years, they have been involved in student films, award winning short films, regional theater, theater for young audiences, and concert work that has brought them to multiple countries and across the Eastern seaboard. Deciding to take agency within the industry, they established Three Leaf Productions in the summer of 2021. The three decided to create the stories they would love to tell with their dream collaborators.

Our Story

Mission Statement

Three Leaf Productions was started by 3 sisters who have a passion for film and theater production. With the theater and film industries hit the hardest during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are taking charge to create more job opportunities for ourselves and others. If there is a strong female character we wish to see, we write her into existence. If there is an existing work that speaks to our love of family and the military, we produce it. If there is a compelling story based on true events, we aim to tell it. The stories that most speak to us are those of hope, resilience, light, and empowerment. As trained actors and singers who have worked in these industries for over a decade, we have the hands-on experience to make our dreams a reality. We believe the strongest partnership we will always be proud of is the one we find in each other.

“As actors, we knew the kind of work we wanted to be a part of. Three Leaf is our way of taking a larger role in creating that work that we want to see happen.”
